OHS Aviation Service GmbH

The restructuring of OHS Aviation Service GmbH was successfully completed with its sale to F/LIST from Austria. F/LIST consolidates its position in the European market with the sale and with the additional certifications it has acquired is able to expand the portfolio of services it offers. All 31 OHS employees were kept on and going forward the company will now trade under the name F. LIST GERMANY GMBH. The parent company F/LIST from Thomasberg in Lower Austria is a global manufacturer of interiors for business, luxury residences, private jets and yachts. With around 700 employees on its books it can now seamlessly cover the entire aircraft interior production chain from planning to installation. On July 28, 2016, OHS Aviation Service GmbH applied to the Cottbus district court for restructuring proceedings in self-administration. The aim was to make complete again this national and international service company for the repair and modernization of aircraft cabins and the part painting of aircraft. The district court of Cottbus appointed Dr Florian Linkert as a trustee to take over the supervisory function and monitor the debtor’s economic status. In the meantime, business operations have continued unaltered.
