NH Praezisionszerspanung GmbH: Dr Florian Linkert arranges sale of NH Präzisionszerspanung GmbH

NLS Machining GmbH has taken over the family-run business NH Präzisionszerspanung GmbH in Berlin. The insolvency administrator Dr Florian Linkert and NLS Machining GmbH signed the purchase agreement, which came into effect on May 1, 2020. The deal secured the future of the company and the jobs of its 78 employees, including Nils Hölbüng who remained on as managing director.

After the District Court of Charlottenburg had ordered provisional insolvency administration on December 12, 2019, insolvency proceedings regarding the assets of NH Präzisionszerspanung GmbH were opened on March 1, 2020. Since that point in time, insolvency administrator Dr Florian Linkert had managed to maintain full operation – as a supplier in the metal processing industry – of the company. The company manufactures tools and molds of all kinds in single and series production using modern, computer-controlled precision machines at its production facility in Reinickendorf, Berlin.
