Dr Christian Meyland advises domestic and foreign parties involved in crisis-related conflicts – both in and out of court. He enforces rescission, consultant and managerial liability claims and defends against such claims. One area of work-related focus is the settlement of disputes in connection with crisis-related transactions and shareholder conflicts.
