Piller Entgrattechnik GmbH: Peter Jark advises on Piller Entgrattechnik GmbH acquisition

Peter Jark was an advisor to the SFO Group – a holding company belonging to an entrepreneurial family from Munich – on the acquisition of Piller Entgrattechnik GmbH, one of the world’s foremost companies in the field of high-pressure blasting technology. The latter filed for insolvency on February 28, 2020. The insolvency administrator, Martin Mucha (Grub Brugger), managed to stabilize the business but the SFO Group needed to nevertheless act very quickly with the GCG consultants. The asset deal was completed in less than 14 days – despite Corona being at its peak at that time – and the company could once again look forward to a successful future.
