Florens von Bockum-Dolffs has been active in the field of insolvency administration for over 15 years. During that time he has regularly been appointed as insolvency administrator and trustee in insolvency proceedings of all sizes. As a result, he has extensive experience in the continuation of companies in a wide variety of industries. In addition, he arranges the restructuring of companies through transferred restructuring or the submission of insolvency plans. He also oversees M&A processes in crisis environments, as well as restructuring measures.
