Christoph Seiffert

Christoph Seiffert has worked as an insolvency administration lawyer since 2001. In 2006, he became a specialist in insolvency and corporate restructuring law. From 2004 to 2015, he was appointed insolvency administrator and trustee in numerous proceedings by various courts in northern Germany. He additionally worked on a number of major insolvency cases. Christoph Seiffert also has wide-ranging experience in conducting proceedings, especially in the areas of contesting insolvency proceedings and directors’ liability. His current key activities include the insolvency of an international investment company.
