Inga Homoth was admitted to the Bar in 2009. She has extensive experience in determining and enforcing insolvency-specific claims in court, advising creditors and debtors, and dealing with complex legal issues in the context of insolvency proceedings. The current focus of her work is the comprehensive support of insolvency administrators in the handling of standard insolvency proceedings, as well as in supporting companies carrying out reorganisation and restructuring projects.
