Martin Clemens Lang has been a litigator and consultant in the field of insolvency law for 15 years. His focus is on defending against and asserting claims specific to insolvency, specifically in connection with contesting insolvency, as well as directors’ and shareholders’ liability. He is regularly commissioned by managing directors, shareholders, companies and authorities to defend against and ward off claims from insolvency administrators. His many years of litigation experience are also in demand from insolvency administrators, for whom he asserts claims under insolvency law. In addition, he supports both creditors and insolvency administrators in asserting or defending against claims arising from security rights (privilege/separation rights). Mr Lang also advises companies and their stakeholders on the preparation and initiation of insolvency proceedings, as well as on purchases and sales from insolvency.
