28. Mai 2018

Finowfurt/Potsdam, 28th May 2018. On 2nd May 2018, the District Court of Frankfurt (Oder) ordered preliminary insolvency proceedings for the assets of CMS Ingenium GmbH (ref.: 3 IN 127/18) and by further order on Tuesday, 22nd May 2018, Christian Graf Brockdorff from BBL Bernsau Brockdorff Insolvenz- und Zwangsverwalter GbR, a law firm specializing in restructuring and insolvency, was appointed as so-called strong preliminary insolvency administrator, thus transferring the administrative and disposition authority over the company to him.

By mutual agreement, the previous Managing Director was released from his operational activities and Carsten Müller was called in as former owner in advisory function. „The company is now back at the start with a full team and can fully fulfil its orders in all areas of switching, control and regulation systems as well as building management technology,“ Müller assured.

„It is planned to open the proceedings on 1st July 2018 and, if possible, to reorganize the company owner with an insolvency plan,“ says Brockdorff. „If possible, the insolvency plan should be submitted when the proceedings are opened in order to end the insolvency process this summer if possible. As part of the planning process, Carsten Müller is expected to take back all shares of CMS Ingenium GmbH,“ Brockdorff continues.

CMS Ingenium GmbH, based in Finowfurt near Eberswalde, emerged from Carsten Müller Steuerungstechnik GmbH, founded in 1990. The company manufactures and sells electronic switching, control and regulation systems as well as central building management systems.
