Berlin/Potsdam, 28th February 2018. Upon request of the Berlin-based Move24 Group GmbH, the District Court of Charlottenburg has opened preliminary insolvency proceedings. By resolution (ref.: 36m IN 908/18), Christian Graf Brockdorff of BBL Bernsau Brockdorff Insolvenz- und Zwangsverwalter GbR, a law firm specialized in reorganization and insolvency, was appointed as preliminary insolvency administrator. The employees of the company have been informed at a staff meeting. The company will continue to operate.
As part of the process, the situation of the company is currently being examined in order to find solutions for a possible continuation. Also, there are initial inquiries from potential investors.
