Berlin/Potsdam, 2nd May 2018. The district court Charlottenburg (file number: 36m IN 908/18) opened insolvency proceedings against Move24 Group GmbH on 1st May 2018. Christian Graf Brockdorff, of BBL Bernsau Brockdorff Insolvenz- und Zwangsverwalter GbR, a law firm specialised in restructuring and insolvency, was appointed insolvency administrator.
Important milestones for the sale of the company’s assets were already reached during the preliminary insolvency proceedings opened on 23rd February 2018. For example, trademark rights, such as the domain, were sold to Movinga, a moving platform based in Berlin. „The key points previously negotiated are to be implemented in the following proceedings“, explained insolvency administrator Christian Graf Brockdorff. He had reconfirmed the contracts.
Move24 Group is a moving service provider headquartered in Berlin, which recently operated in three European core markets.
