Berlin/Potsdam, 27th March 2018. The preliminary insolvency administrator of Move24 Group GmbH, Christian Graf Brockdorff, confirms the sale of significant assets of the company. Trademark rights as well as the domain were sold to the Berlin-based moving platform Movinga. „It is a good thing that Movinga could be found as purchaser of essential assets of the company so soon after the opening of the preliminary insolvency proceedings for Move24,“ said Christian Graf Brockdorff of BBL Bernsau Brockdorff Insolvenz-und Zwangsverwalter GbR, a law firm specialized in reorganization and insolvency.
Christian Graf Brockdorff was appointed preliminary insolvency administrator on 23rd February 2018 by order of the district court Charlottenburg (ref.: 36m IN 908/18). As part of the process, the overall situation of the company was examined in order to find solutions for a possible business continuation. „Given the available time frame and the complex overall situation, a good solution was finally found,“ Christian Graf Brockdorff praised the agreement reached with the buyer.
Move24 Group is a moving service provider headquartered in Berlin, operating in three European core markets.
