Neuruppin/Potsdam, 8th June 2018. By order of the District Court of Neuruppin of 6 June 2018, preliminary insolvency administration has been ordered for the assets of Heimatschwestern GmbH. The restructuring expert Christian Graf Brockdorff of the law firm BBL Bernsau Brockdorff Insolvenz- und Zwangsverwalter GbR in Potsdam, was appointed preliminary insolvency administrator.
Heimatschwestern GmbH is a company with 25 employees operating in the field of intensive care in Berlin and Brandenburg and has extensive experience in home intensive care.
Together with his employees, lawyer Christian Graf Brockdorff immediately began to gain a comprehensive picture of the situation of the company. „We will continue to operate seamlessly.“ This ensures unrestricted support. The remuneration claims of the employees of the company are secured for 3 months by the so-called insolvency money. The company is currently looking for further qualified employees.
