Reuther STC GmbH: Dr Oliver Damerius oversees the successful restructuring of Reuther STC GmbH

Following the insolvency of Senvion GmbH, one of its biggest customers – the steel construction company Reuther STC GmbH from Fürstenwalde – was forced to file for bankruptcy in April 2019. After the court initiated insolvency proceedings under self-administration, an insolvency plan was approved just seven months after the filing of the application and proceedings were subsequently terminated. The end result was the continuation of the company and its business operations.
