Julius Dieckmann LL.M. works as a lawyer in the field of insolvency administration and restructuring. The main focus of his work is the handling of insolvency proceedings – for companies and sole proprietorships in various sectors – as part of standard and self-administration proceedings. In this regard, he also supports insolvency administrators in the continuation of ongoing business operations and in the determination and enforcement of insolvency-specific claims and directors’ liability.
