Christian Graf Brockdorff LL.M. has been a lawyer since 1991. He has worked as an insolvency administrator and expert since 1996. He has supported companies and entrepreneurs of all sizes in judicial and extrajudicial restructuring for more than 20 years. His focus is specifically on insolvency and self-administration proceedings with a foreign element and increasingly also in corporate structures that he is able to successfully restructure with debt settlement and insolvency plans. In addition, he often acts as a dual-purpose trustee and advises owners and/or shareholders in restructuring processes.
