Dr. Lena Verdenhalven

Dr Lena Verdenhalven is a specialist lawyer for insolvency and reorganisation law. Before joining BBL, she worked for  a major international law firm. She has many years of extensive experience in advising companies at every stage of crisis situations. Her range of activities includes preparation and support for insolvency applications, and management of insolvency proceedings, in particular in the area of self-administration, including the formulation of options for restructuring (insolvency plan, distressed M&A). She advises all the parties involved in judicial and extrajudicial reorganisation and restructuring proceedings, including those with cross-border implications.
