Claudia Fendel has been working as a lawyer in the field of insolvency law for more than 20 years. She provides comprehensive support in case processing for insolvency administrators in standard insolvency and self-administration proceedings, particularly for legal entities. She was appointed by the Charlottenburg District Court as an insolvency administrator for more than six years, too. Claudia Fendel also specialises in the continuation of the company as a going concern for the standard procedure, and the implementation of restructuring options (distressed M&A transactions) as well as the investigation of insolvency-specific claims.
