Holger Gutezeit has been providing advice on commercial and company law for more than 20 years. His main focus is on liability risks for managers, stakeholders and investors, and also on disputes under company law. Managers and shareholders always turn to him when there is a lot at stake: personal liability, complex shareholder disputes, disputed resolutions or insolvency. Because of his expertise, courts regularly appoint him as special Counsel for limited liability companies. Holger Gutezeit also provides preventive advice to companies in the avoidance of crisis and insolvency, and works together with clients to develop workable solutions. In addition, he represents creditors in Germany and abroad in insolvency proceedings, and effectively negotiates their claims against insolvency administrators.
