Grit Rademacher has been practising insolvency law for more than 30 years.
Between 1993 and 2024 she was appointed as insolvency administrator in numerous regular and consumer insolvency proceedings by the Local Courts of Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz.

Since 2025 she has been supporting the insolvency administrators at BBL in all aspects of insolvency proceedings, particularly in regular insolvency proceedings and debtor-in-possession proceedings, with a special focus on legal entities.
