Goetz Lautenbach has worked as a lawyer in the field of insolvency and restructuring for 25 years. Initially employed mainly as an insolvency administrator by the Hessian courts, he is now also commissioned as a specialist for restructuring in self-administration proceedings via an insolvency plan. He also advises companies in crisis situations and supports them in extrajudicial and judicial restructuring projects. He has been a specialist lawyer for insolvency law since 2005 and is now a specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law.
