Dr Mark Tomas Birkner is a specialist lawyer in labour law and has extensive expertise in this field thanks to his many years of work in various commercial law firms. In addition to advising on all labour law issues, his work focuses on drafting and reviewing contracts and developing suitable strategies for personnel changes. He is also an experienced litigator and litigation specialist and represents clients in and out of court.
