André Binder is a partner at BBL and a specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law. He has worked as a lawyer in the field of insolvency administration for over 15 years – both in insolvency proceedings for the assets of individuals and for legal entities. He was a founding partner of LB Rechtsanwaelte before joining BBL. Mr Binder has been appointed insolvency administrator in more than 1,500 proceedings to date and covers all areas of insolvency law. He has not only been able to keep jobs by way of transferred restructuring and rescue solutions, but also successfully enforced claims for rescission and liability.
