Fusion with LB Rechtsanwälte opens new prospects
Berlin, 18 Apr. 2017. BBL Bernsau Brockdorff and LB Rechtsanwälte have finalised their merger. BBL is expanding with the approx. 40-person team of attorneys at LB Rechtsanwälte around André Binder, Markus Birkmann and Dr. Florian Linkert, in particular at the Berlin location. Moreover, we are gaining two new locations – Dortmund and Bochum.
„With our new colleagues, we are developing our expertise in the fields of insolvency administration and restructuring advice still further“, says BBL managing partner Dr. Oliver Damerius. „In addition, we are boosting our presence throughout Germany.“ LB’s three partners are appointed as insolvency administrators and trustees by the Amtsgerichte [Local Courts] in Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and North Rhine Westphalia.
