15. Juni 2018

Berlin/Potsdam, 15th June 2018. By order of the Charlottenburg District Court of 8 June 2018, preliminary insolvency administration was ordered for the assets of Ms. Doreen Meier, owner of the service company „Berlin Pflege Einklang“. Christian Graf Brockdorff, a lawyer experienced in restructuring companies, has been appointed preliminary insolvency administrator by BBL Bernsau Brockdorff Insolvenz- und Zwangsverwalter GbR from Potsdam.

Ms. Meier runs a nursing service in Berlin with the focus on deaf work. The company employs 24 people, including nine deaf employees who also care for deaf patients.

The preliminary insolvency administrator, lawyer Christian Graf Brockdorff, will continue business operations without restriction. This ensures care for those in need of care. The employees of the company receive their wages and salaries for three months via the so-called insolvency money. After an initial overall view, lawyer Brockdorff is striving for a restructuring of the company, which should guarantee its long-term preservation. For this purpose, the first renovation talks have already been conducted with an investor.
